We help you select materials and provide complimentary 3D renderings so you can see your finished space before we build. A defined schedule keeps everything on track.
Permitting & Scheduling
Permits first, no exceptions. We pull the permits, coordinate inspections, and lock in a defined schedule so nothing stalls the build.
Sequenced Build With Trade Oversight
Trades run in sequence under our direct oversight. One team manages the whole project, so vendors, permits, and inspections are never your problem to chase.
Blue-Tape Milestone Walkthroughs
At every milestone we walk the work with you and mark anything that needs attention with blue tape, so small details are caught and corrected as we go, not after.
Final Walkthrough & Warranty Turnover
We walk the finished project together and hand over your warranty documentation, a limited lifetime manufacturer warranty on materials and a three-year labor warranty on our workmanship.
